Webmail Email Access Information If you need to check your email account from a different system while on-the-road etc., please use our webmail email function. To access your individual webmail account please enter your domain name /webmail - example: http://www.have1.com/webmail - into your browser - then it will prompt you for your username & password. Email Account Setup On Your ComputerIn order to use email with your account, you first need to configure your email settings (and those of your users) to send and receive email. Please note that your email software must support the ability to have more than one POP3 email account.
Setting Up Outlook or Outlook Express Email Accounts Any email software can be used to send/retrieve your email. The instructions on this page are specific to Outlook & Outlook Express but can be used as a tutorial for setting up your specific email software. For directions on other email software programs, please consult your software’s documentation.
In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > Email Accounts. In the Email Accounts wizard window, select “Add a new email account” and click Next. For your server type, select “POP3” and click Next. In the Internet Email Settings (POP3) window, enter your information as follows: - Your Name
- Enter your first and last name.
- E-mail Address
- Enter your e-mail address for this account.
- User Name
- Enter your username as assigned by us when you signed up with us
- Password
- Enter the password as assigned by us when you signed up with us
- Incoming mail server (POP3)
- Your incoming server is your domain name (without the www.) example: have1.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
- Enter your ISP’s smtp info for your outgoing mail server… if you don’t have this info handy please contact your internet service provider (ISP). The smtp server usually consists of smtp.yourisp.com or mail.yourisp.com - example: mail.bmts.com
If your ISP requires outgoing SMTP authentication, please follow these instructions: Click “More Settings..” then On the Internet Email Settings window, select the “Outgoing Server” tab.
Select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”
Then select “Log on using” and enter the user name and password as per your ISP’s smtp info.
Click OK.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
