Q: What services or products do you provide?
A: Hotshot trucking for all heavy/farm equipment and general freight transportation needs.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: 3 years

Q: Who is your typical customer?
A: Loyal/repeat clients are my favourite, but we handle all types of transportation services.

Q: What were a couple of your highlights since starting your business?
A: Starting as a side hustle and building everything up without any help – I’m very proud of what I’ve been able to achieve.

Q: Do you provide your services outside of the Grey & Bruce area?
A: We service the entire province of Ontario & Quebec but aim to work locally with other small businesses as much as possible as our community is a beautiful place.

Q: How do you attract customers?
A: I market myself in as many ways possible (social media, ads, glad handing other businesses) but most importantly word of mouth after completing great customer service.

Q: What changes have you made to your business due to covid?
A: Covid hasn’t really effected the trucking industry thankfully. We respect all clients needs & requests due to covid.

Q: How did you initially hear about HAVE1.COM?
A: Being a local of the Grey Bruce area for almost 10 years it was hard not to hear about HAVE1. We are now proud consumers of the great products & services they provide.
