In the next few weeks, we will be featuring a Customer Spotlight from the Grey Bruce area. A great way to get to know the local businesses.
Let’s begin with Micha’s BnB on 1st Avenue West. Did you know that the BnB building was the former Sunlife?
In 2019, Micha has purchased the building and transformed it into a beautiful BnB during COVID times; yes, you got that right.
We approached Micha and asked her a few questions in helping you get to know her business.
Q: What services or products do you provide?
A: Bed and Breakfast. Also, short-term small apartment rentals.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Two years.
Q: Who is your typical customer?
A: Just about anyone, Old or young, doesn’t matter.
Q: What were a couple of your highlights since starting your business?
A: Meeting wonderful people, meeting people in Owen Sound and making longtime friends through this business.
Q: How do you attract customers?
A: Airbnb. And they just come because of our beautiful Grey Bruce area. Nature at its finest.
Q: What changes have you made to your business due to covid?
A: We have Covid cleaning in every room and the bathrooms! We also hot steam everything so no bacteria 🦠 can survive!
Mask and hand sanitizers are around the house for guests to use!
Q: How did you initially hear about HAVE1.COM?
A: From Jeff, the owner of the Salon Hairlarious, and your signs on your building
Gabe – the owner, is creative and exceptional with signs and people! It was my pleasure to have my signs and website made by him and his wonderful staff!
So far, there is nothing but compliments! I’m looking forward to working with him again!
